Amazing find!  Waterford conn. Carver  wilard  shepard. He carved ship head models.  They are hard to come by and a true historical  folk art of Waterford and beyond.  His items are not often seen on ebay but in large high end new England auctions .he is about 18 inches by 5 by 5 . Offers always considered  The paint and all is very nice with no issues . Signed clearly in pencil  its a great piece.
