We process all mail and generate tracking numbers from our Manhattan office (not at a USPS store).

USPS collects our outgoing mail every business weekday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

USPS tracking can take up to one week to propagate in their system.

Shipping times are estimated and can vary between 1-3 weeks after USPS collection.
