It has been signed by Tony on the windshield in gold Sharpie, and looks amazing!!

it is the hard to find Elite version, only 130 made in the Elite, and this is number 40 of 130.

Includes the hood magnet, race win card, COA from Lionel, antennas (never been attached), along with black cover and RCCA cards. 

It has been displayed in an enclosed glass case in a smoke free and pet free home and is in like new condition.
