These are Genuine Arai Chin Strap Covers. The X-Type (Blue) and V-Type (Gray) are identical except for the color of material. And are interchangeable. 

These covers are the same Arai Factory item as what came with all Arai motorcycle helmets with replaceable chin strap covers.
