This is a part of our Ecosystem which helps the adaptation of Electric Vehicles and solve major issues such as the disposal and recycling of batteries. after 5pm, we will dispatch them on the next working day. Please note that

depending on your location. Generally, we expect delivery within 1-2 working
days after dispatch. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays
caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or delivery carrier issues.

We currently offer standard shipping with UPS shipping 1-2 working days.

We provide 30-day return policy for our motor bike battery. They must be unused without any scratch or use marks. Please NOTE, Chargers do make noise when charging the battery due to the fan inside it. After 30 days of the delivery date, please look at our refund policy. Greenlance includes delivery and 12-Months Warranty on the products purchased. We provide additional warranty on the products purchased and battery mounting in given regions. Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the parcel, you can ask us for:

A full refund if you don’t receive your order

A full or partial refund if the item is not as described
Full refunds are
not available under the following circumstances:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g.
providing the wrong shipping address)

Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our
control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
All our products are backed with a 30-day money back guarantee. Just
send us a message on the Contact Us page and we will refund the purchase price.
Can I return my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a
replacement or refund. “Please note there are exceptions for return” (check the
information underneath) No questions asked! RETURN shipping is the BUYERS
RESPONSILITY.

Are there any items I can’t return?

If the battery has been scratched, damaged we can partially refund as
covering the damages is the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY

If the battery has been opened and the warranty seal has been broken, we
