Product Details:

This is for a full replacement set of thermal pads for your Nintendo GameCube.
They go in between the motherboard and heatsink.
The CPU pad is 25x25x2mm
The GPU pad is 40x40x1.5mm
The SRAM pads are 20x10x1mm
There are two adhesion sides, a clear film on one side, and a red film on the other.
They can be used in any GameCube model: DOL-001, DOL-101, USA, PAL, or JPN.

Additional Details:

If your thermal pads are dried, cracked, or damaged then this is the fix.
Actual heatsink is not included, this is just for the thermal pads.
Please only remove the films once you are ready to do the procedure, they can dry out if left out overnight without the film.

Installation Notes:

This is considered a 1/10 in terms of difficulty, you will require a 4.5mm gamebit screw bit in order to open up your GameCube. Set aside 15 minutes for the whole process.
The removal of the original thermal pads can messy if they are dried out, wear disposable gloves if possible.
After the original pads are removed, use rubbing alcohol to clean both the heatsink and the motherboard.
If you place the pad incorrectly/off-centered, you can lift it off and try again, it will not damage the pads.
You will receive spare pads as a free gift, these can be used for other applications!

Return Policy:
