This 1860s carte de visite photo features a pretty smiling young lady wearing a straw hat with flowers and holding a closed parasol umbrella. She looked away from the camera. The image was taken by C. A. M. Taber in Schenectady, New York and there is a revenue stamp pasted on the back. 

The card measures about 2.5 x 4 inches.
