Vintage Japanese Rice Paper Bamboo Umbrella Parasol 40 inch diameter, some flaws

Neat old Parosol with a diameter of approximately 40 inches when fully open.  27 inches long.  Please note the following flaws and see all photos.   Some holes to the rice paper, especially at stress points.   A small amount of stitching missing at center hub on inside.  The actual handle is missing.  Some general , overall wear to the finish.
