Console only. No retail packaging, cables, controllers, games, etc. Console powers on and seems to have some AV issues when connecting to a TV. Will load games but seems to take a little longer than normal to load games. Console has some scratches to the black finish. It was been wiped down and sanitized but may need detail cleaning and dust blown out. Please see photos for the exact item you will receive.
