This may or may not be Meadwell, Devon. Postally unused though with message and addressed to Miss C. Guscott, Meadwell, Kelly, nr. Lifton, Devon, almost certainly Clara Guscott, born c. 1887 and in 1911 living in one of the cottages in Meadwell with her farm labourer father and older sister Laura. Living together would explain the absence of a stamp though Laura was working outside the home.
