Operation has been confirmed. Batteries are not included. Since this is a used item, there are some scratches that can be seen when exposed to light. After I got it, I put it in a bag and stored it in a dark place. No fading, sun damage, or major damage found. It appears to be in good condition, but there are some scratches due to aging, some dullness, and initial scratches from the time of manufacture.
