     Items purchased which are found to be faulty will be replaced with the same or an equivalent part.

    You must be 100% sure that the details supplied in the advert match your requirements, if you are unsure in any way at all then you must phone or e-mail to confirm the details BEFORE purchasing. 

   Your part number must be checked against the one in the advert (if there is one) as items that are supplied correctly but purchased in error or no longer required will not be returnable for refund or credit  If however the management agrees to accept a return the part must be in the original condition as it was sent out return postage is ALWAYS the buyers responsibility when ordered incorrectly and this will be subject to a 20% handling charges.

All items are security marked for our peace of mind if security tags are removed or tampered with or parts have been swapped in any way your warranty is void

Please bear this in mind before buying/bidding. We will only accept returns on damage parts within 30 days of items being received but let us no ASAP and offer a full refund EXCLUDING postage and packaging. However, if the customer makes a mistake and has chosen to buy the wrong item or did not check compatibility of a part for their vehicle, we may give a refund minus 20% of the sale price, no postage will be refunded and the customer must return of the item to us. It is the customer's responsibility to check that any part will be suitable for their vehicle BEFORE buying from us. We will answer any questions honestly and accurately before any purchase, however, the customer must ensure that parts will be suitable. We will NOT refund anyone who damages/swaps/breaks any item.
