Hinweise zu Steuern bei Versand ins Ausland:

-          Der Käufer trägt alle Kosten und anfallenden Zollgebühren für die Einfuhr in das Bestimmungsland

Gegenstand wurde vom Verkäufer ursprünglich für den eigenen Bedarf und nicht zum Zwecke der Weiterveräußerung erworben. Ferner wird hiermit ausdrücklich auf den Verzicht auf Ausstellung einer Rechnung hingewiesen. Die bei elektrischen Geräten übliche Dokumentation / Garantieurkunden etc. fehlen, es sei denn das Vorhandensein wird explizit erwähnt. Der angebotene Gegenstand befindet sich aus subjektiver Sicht des Verkäufers in oben beschriebenem Zustand.

Jegliche Gewährleistung, Rücknahme, Reklamation oder Umtausch bzw. Garantie im Sinne des BGB wird hiermit ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen!

Der Artikel wird unter Ausschluss der Sachmängelhaftung verkauft. Der Käufer gibt sich mit allen o.g. Bedingungen als auch mit den Versandkosten einverstanden. Versandkosten beinhalten Porto und Verpackung sowie alle nötigen Aufwendungen für den Transport  zur Postfiliale. Der Versand erfolgt schnellstens nach komplettem Zahlungseingang.
