The brushed metal case looks new. The clock face seems to be glass and is scratch free.

It has a knob to set the alarm, and by pulling it out you can set the time. I put two different batteries in it and it does not seem to work.

Batteries I had may not have been good.

Lastly - before anyone makes an offer - or has something to say - obviously it has what looks like a $3 price written on it. It's being sold as a collectable.
