Beautiful set of 5 squat with generous bowl goblets which could be used for water, wine, brandy, whatever.  They measure 4&1/4” tall.  The opening is approximately 3&1/4” and the foot is approximately 3&1/4”. They weigh a good bit. They are older perhaps 1950-70.  They are used but in very nice condition.
