This listing is a lightenupgrade designed kit, built with Hel performance components to replace the oem linked brake system hoses on the Honda VFR800 FI RC46 

the front lines are race setup style using 2 hoses bolted to the mastercylinder with the supplied double length bolt, with a tee piece as pictured to split the line to feed all 6 pots in the front calipers.

the rear brake uses  an extra hose to link the centre pots to the outer pots.

it is reccomended that you upgrade to a larger mastercylinder (vtr1000 firestorm front mastercylinder is one that can be used) to cope with the increased capacity of the front brakes, and lock off the secondary mastercylinder on the front left caliper.

all neccesary banjo bolts and copper washers are supplied as part of the kit, although 3x 8mm p-clips will be required to fix the front hoses to the lugs on the forks.

what does it mean being an authorised manufacturer?

Basicly, we are trained by HEL, and own our HEL swaging machine, purchase all the fittings and hose direct from HEL, and are given access to the HEL database, which contains all the information on building each set of hoses, so we can do everything Hel does, but working on a smaller scale means we generally are able to work to a same day dispatch, so turnaround of your orders are very fast.

we can provide basic "off the peg" hoses, (although, every hose is made to order. no built stock is kept on the shelf.)

to full custom built systems built to the bike or to your own measurements/requirements.
