Small "cheese" box made by artisan Randy Davis and dated 2/86 in pencil on the back. Woodburned motif evokes toll painting and Pennsylvania Dutch or Scandinavian design.

The wood is rather thin, sturdy enough but somewhat delicate. Great for a dresser top or storage of personal items.
