This is a Fallout 3 Collector's Edition (PC version) pre-order reservation bonus. It comes in a factory-sealed (heat / cling type wrap) DVD case. If you were to open it, you would find a sealed Nuka Cola bottle opener, and a discount coupon for $5 off the full game.

CONDITON:
  • Factory-sealed in heat / cling wrap (these were not sold with Y-fold wrapping).
  • The wrap has typical marks and minor snags.
  • The bottle opener is loose in the case. This is normal; the openers were attached with a single spot of glue and every set of many I've handled in the past has had a loose opener. The opener comes in its own sealed baggie.
HOW I SHIP: I wrap DVD cased items in bubble wrap, then ship them firmly secured in a new, sturdy box.
