Echo Thermostatic Radiator Valve Range

Each pair of valves is made up of one thermostatic radiator valve (or TRV) and one lockshield. The lockshield valve is used to balance your heating system and the thermostatic head is used to regulate the room temperature. 

Numbered 1 to 5 on the TRV head, allowing easy control over the room temperature ranging from 7°C to 28°C, with an additional setting of * that signifies frost protection, which causes the valve to open if the temperature falls below 7°C preventing pipes from freezing in cold weather. We also provide a decorator's cap and full installation instructions for further convenience.

Please note, goods must....

1. be in their original "un-marked" packaging (no writing on the boxes, as a £10 re-boxing fee may apply for any marks or writing on boxes, please ensure the box is wrapped appropriately)
2. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure goods are adequately packed / wrapped. You may be liable should the goods arrive to us damaged, as a result of what we deem to be insufficient packaging
3. be undamaged, complete and in re-saleable condition
4. not have been installed, attached to a water or heating system or used in anyway

Additionally, we advise....

1. you send the items on a signed for service, so you can ensure they have arrived back with us
2. your carrier offers adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods should they lose or damage them in transit
3. that the original packaging is wrapped or covered to ensure your courier or the Royal Mail do not mark the products box

Returned goods will be checked-in and inspected within 2 working days and any refunds processed within 5 working days of the goods' arrival with us. Refunds may be made less the cost of packaging and delivery costs to you. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and any return delivery costs.

All orders are sent out on a next working day service. Our couriers delivery next day on most occasions, however some post codes may take longer (e.g. far reaches of Scotland). We will not be held responsible for any late deliveries or short deliveries. We advise that you do not book an installer until your have received and inspected your goods. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday, except on UK bank holidays.
