Punjabi Paranda is one of the ancient ethnic traditional handicrafts of Punjab, the craftsmen require a great deal of patience and creativity while producing the parandaś. They are made out of a bunch of vibrant silk and Zari threads, intricately woven with skillful workmanship. Today Parandaś are now extensively utilised and It has a great cultural appeal on latest trend, owing to its uniqueness and brightness.

Refund And Returns


As mentioned above, all our products are QC checked  for assurance purposes. Any issues with items being returned, MUST be raised within the timescale mentioned within the listing.

In case of returning the goods, item should be returned:

  • Unused, undamaged and within its original packaging
  • With its original tags attached
Failure to comply with the above information, will mean you will be due only a partial refund, as the item will now be classified as 'used, misused and damaged'.

If you are unsatisified due to any reasons, you must contact us first within 48 hours of receiving your item for a suitable resolution as we offer free returns on the basis of:

If you see that your parcel has signs of damage/tampering, kindly refuse the delivery.

An item being raised as faulty must have appropriate and detailed pictures attached highlighting the issue, to resolve your query appropiately and quickly.

If you are returning goods due to a change of mind, or for the reason which is alredy mentioned in the listing or due to any personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying the both postal charges.
