These are heavy photo paper re-prints of Sega CD and Sega Saturn back case art and manual front and back pages folded over and held together with foam squares which give them width and rigidity and allows them sit in the front of the case much like a standard manual would.  The pictures shown are just examples I can print any game you want and if you want something more customized let me know and I can show you a draft before you purchase.
