AA AAA 9V Ni-Mh/Ni-Cd Battery Charger

2. The LED Smart Charger can charge 2 or 4 AA AAA NI-MH/NI-CD and 1 or 2 9V NI-MH/NI-CD Rechargeable Battery.

3. Charge Mode: When powered on for about a second, the LED indicator will change from not bright to Red, and finally to Steady red light again. During the charging, the LED indicator is Red. And when fully charged, it will turn to Steady red light. 

Please notice the place of anode and cathode when pit in the batteries and do install the batteries in pairs or in fours in turn. Otherwise, the indicator will not light, and batteries cannot be charged.
