Gerber Folding Sportsman III Lockback Pocket Knife.  Condition is excellent with minimal signs of use.  The brass bolsters show some spotting from the factory lacquer coating aging over the decades and some light surface scratches.  Some Flitz of Mother Mag polish will remove those.

Blade opens smoothly and locks in place with good snap.  No up and down movement.  Blade travels freely and closes with decent snap as well.  And the edge is damn sharp!  The sheath is also in very nice condition, with full, tight stitching and no loose ends, frays or cuts.  Comes with with Original Box, Sheath and Papers.
