- Applications: High temperature resistance from 0 to 180 ℃, suitable for use in low noise, strong acid, and strong corrosion environments. (Do not use in dusty environments as it may cause jamming and reduce bearing life)

- The cage is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), which can withstand high temperatures of 150 ℃ and has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, electrical insulation, and wear resistance. The cage and sealing cover of zirconia ceramic bearings are made of PTFE material, with low noise and low friction coefficient. The combination of zirconia and tetrafluoroethylene greatly improves the smoothness and wear resistance of ceramic bearings.
- The main body of the bearing is zirconia ceramic, which has strong acid alkali resistance and weak acid corrosion resistance. Due to the higher elastic modulus of ceramics compared to steel, they are less prone to deformation under stress, which is beneficial for improving work efficiency.
