All orders will be processed within 24 hr except on weekends and national holidays. We offer free standard 2-4 working days delivery for all items with in the UK mainland. Orders to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may incur an additional surcharge depending on the item. We also ship to the following, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Guernsey and Jersey for an additional surcharge which will apply itself when checking out.

Delivery time for non-mainland UK order is 5-7 working days. Our express next day delivery orders are shipped via DHL. Any genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, however we must be notified of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

Please Note: Ply lining kits are made to order and have a lead time of 7-14 days.

As a company which prides itself on a very high standard of customer service, we offer a no quibble 30 days return policy on all items you are not happy with as long as it is in its original packaging and condition.

However before returning any item please contact us so we can advise the correct course of action. When returning an item please leave a note of your eBay user ID and reason for return enclosed.

We accept payment via Debit & Credit Card, PayPal and cash on collection. All transactions are 100% secure. PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Please note your item will not be sent out until funds have cleared and showing into our account for transfers and cheques.
