This auction is for a brand new reproduction C8OZ-7521-A lower clutch adjusting rod with the matching adjusting swivel that mounts this to the clutch fork.  This is brand new and includes the nuts as shown. This is brand new hardened part that was made stronger than the originals which were commonly bent causing issues with the linkage/clutch operation.   This fits:
