Coat the adhesive evenly onto entire shoe & liner. 

Allow the coated liners to air dry for 3 hours. 

Clamp Anabond 230 coated lining onto shoes with suitable  fixtures. Apply clamp pressure around 100 psi.

Heat the clamped brake shoes at 190 Degree Celsius for 1 Hour. 

Allow time for oven to compensate heat loss due to opening & closing of oven door. 

Anabond 230 contains highly inflammable solvents.

Containers should be stored in a cool, dry place and should be handled in a well ventilated area. 

Empty containers should not be thrown into fire. 

Inhaling of vapors is to be avoided. 

6 Months, If stored at or below 25 Degree Celsius. 

Storage above 25 Degree Celsius will have impact on shelf life.
