The accepted payment methods are as follows:

• PayPal

In case of purchase you will receive an email message with all the instructions relating to the payment of the item. In case of non-payment from the 7th day we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 10th we will close it with an unpaid item report and we will put the product back on sale.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer without a VAT number has the possibility of withdrawing from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions .

The right of withdrawal expires:

* Due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
* Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
* For failure to return the receipt sent in the delivery package
* The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
* The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
* Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

1. the expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by the Legislative Decree. No. 185 of 22 May 1999
2. the indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
3. the data relating to the means of reimbursement of the amount paid: Pay Pall address, or bank details of your current account (to allow the refund of the sum due).

To obtain a refund of the fee, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address "PIANGIARELLI E QUINTABA' srl – Contrada Montalbano, 13C – 62100 MACERATA"

Payment must be made within 3 working days following the declaration of withdrawal.

Responsibility
We assume no responsibility for loss of items after the goods have been delivered to the carrier.

The technical information included both in the advertisement and in the packaging is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalogue. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products in the catalogue, even without any prior notice.
The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the objects delivered may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue.

Product Availability
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed and in any case until the goods are sold out.
The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified via email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we will avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

Prices
The prices of the products displayed include VAT.
Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.

Shipments abroad
Shipments abroad to private consumers without a VAT number will be made at the listing price including VAT.
