Direct Cosmetics aims to despatch orders on the next working day following receipt of your order.

Can I return my goods?

The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched by Direct Cosmetics. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.

Can I change my Delivery Address?

In order to protect our customers from potential fraud and avoid items being lost whilst in transit, we are unable to amend address details once the order has been submitted. If you require your order to be sent to a different address, please change your delivery address on your eBay and PayPal accounts before making a payment to us.

Why do your prices change?

We reserve the right to change prices from time to time, but the price quoted when you place your order is the price you will be charged.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Sorry, we do not exchange items. You simply need to return your item to us and order the item you wish to purchase online. We cannot pay your costs of returning the item to us. We recommend items are returned via traceable means i.e. recorded delivery. Postage costs are non-refundable.
