Parcel is delivered with Australia Post. After the item is posted, a tracking number is provided. Item's delivery status can be checked on Australia Post website with tracking number. 

To avoid any possible damage or loss during the transit, please contact us to insure your item. The cost of insurance is paid by buyer.
We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the parcel during transit.

IMPORTANT:We will not be responsible for misdelivered items due to incorrect or not updated address.

Return & Refund:
The returned item must not be used and be in original condition and package as it is shipped out. Returning items will be at customer expense. Parcel is customer's responsibility until it reaches us.
