Return & Warranty Policy

(1)We provide 24 months warranty. A replacement or repairwill be provided for the defective products during this 2 years warranty.

(2)If the return is due to the mistakes of buyers, for example, wrong model purchase or do not need the battery after transaction the return shipping fee should paid by the buyer.

(3)Before returning the items,plase confirm the return address with us. Please send the tracking number when have returned the parcel. As soon as we receive the items,we will exchange the item or make refund ASAP.

(4)Return items should include the original packaging and accessories

About Shipment:

  (1)ltems are usually shipped out within 3-5 business days after payment was confirmed.(Sat. & Sun. excluded.)

  (2) All items will be shipped out via POST MAIL, such as CHINA POST HOLAND POST or other special line Mail. Each order will have a tracking number to track the shipping status.

  (3) Please make sure to provide complete and right address including full name,address detail, phone number , zip code , so that the post office can delivered package to you efficiently and successfully.

  (4) We are not responsible for buyer import custom duties and related taxes.

About Delivery Time

(1) ltems  ship from China,it normally takes 20-30 working days to arrive. But the delivery time depends on weather,holiday,locally shipping situation and customs clearance factors in destination country.
