Bust of Christy Mathewson and World Series Trophies 1921-'66 - Double Sided Card

Here up for sale is a used double sided card featuring a bust of Christy Mathewson by Gertrude Boyle Kanno on one side, and trophies presented annually to members of the team winning the World Series on the other side.  Some of the trophies look like rings, medals, and one looks like a wristwatch, but it's hard to make out what they are for sure.  Card probably dates from the 1960s and may have come from a baseball Hall of Fame publication.  Has been cut somewhat unevenly along two sides from some type of publication as shown.  Measures about 6" by a little under 4" and is somewhat thinner than a postcard.
