Comes with a brand new valve installed and a freshly replaced 12mm. long x 2.2mm. flint along with 5x additional replacement flints (12mm. x 2.2mm. each). It is the maximum allowable length that can be put in these Bics. It'll last a very long time as long as you're capable of replacing the flints. 

Watch out for those other copycats that offer short replacement flints. You'll only end up replacing them more frequently. 

(Be sure to ask how long the flints are before purchasing from others.)
