Quality Assurance- I take many high definition pictures of the jerseys I sell mainly for 2 reasons.  To help you verify the jersey is 100% authentic and to also help you determine if the graphics are screen printed, heat pressed, sublimated(infused) or sewn on.  I've learned through the years from my customers buying a fake jersey online is by far their worst case scenario.  With so many fake jerseys being sold all over the internet these days at "too good to be true" prices, it's becoming increasingly difficult to determine what's real or fake especially if you've never bought a jersey before or have very little experience in buying a jersey.  I know nobody wants to be someone's "sucker" especially when you're buying the jersey for a loved one and not for yourself.   You need not worry with me.  Not because I told you and you should quote- "trust me, I wouldn't lie to you, you remind me of my mom-aghhh", but because of hard facts based on my selling history on eBay.  I have zero negative feedback on all my individual jersey sales and 2000+ overall positive reviews.  I sell/sold a lot of jerseys in the $200-$300 range and as high as $500 and still have perfect feedback on all of these jersey buys.  At these prices, I would have definitely gotten negative feedback if the buyer wasn't happy with the quality or my customer service.  This is why I take a lot of closeup HD pictures of the actual jersey because I have nothing to hide.  You will never see generic pictures(off the internet) on any of my single item jersey listings.  Please feel free to move your mouse pointer over any of the listing pictures for a zoomed in look.   Zooming in on a picture is the best way to inspect material texture and the type of graphics being applied to the jersey.  Thanks for your time.

Graphics  NoteThere are soft wrinkles here and there in the number 5 back large graphic.  If I'm being totally honest, there are a lot of screen printed/sewn-on/heat pressed jersey's being sold online with graphic wrinkles/creases.  The only difference is I point these graphic issues out to the best of my ability while others don't mention these wrinkles/creases at all.  Listing any issue no matter how big or small it may seem to someone is the reason why I think I have great customer feedback after nearly 5000 sales on eBay.  Now back to the graphic wrinkles/creases.  Unless you're planning to get the number autographed and framed on your wall, wrinkles/creases have never been a problem for me or my jersey buying customers who were informed about these graphic issues prior to their initial purchase.  I myself own many jerseys and have come to learn wrinkles/creases are inevitable no matter how careful you are.  Why?  Unless you plan never to lean back while sitting in a car/chair/stadium seat, lie down or wash your jersey then you might be able to pull off a crease free jersey number.  Haha!!!  Please checkout the "closeup back of jersey" picture to see what a typical soft wrinkle looks like before making any purchase decision.  Thanks.

Tiny Thread Snag Note- There are 2 tiny thread snags in the front left shoulder.  It's really tiny and blends in well with the rest of the jersey.  Honestly, if I didn't point these tiny thread snags out you'd probably wouldn't have ever noticed it.  It's so tiny it's even hard to see in the closeup pictures in this listing.  Please checkout the last 2 pictures of these tiny thread snags at different distances before making any purchase decision.  Thanks.

Cardboard Box Shipping-  Since this is a larger sized 2 digit number jersey(50), I will have to ship it in a cardboard box to prevent major creases in the graphics due to packing & shipping issues.  I've learned over the years because a jersey not only vertically offsets its front and back jersey numbers to accommodate the back nameplate, it also typically makes the back jersey numbers much bigger than the front jersey numbers.  This is why it's very difficult to fold a 2 digit jersey compactly in a standard sized poly mailer or a USPS Priority Mail Padded Envelope without possibly creasing the large jersey number graphics.  I know lot's of sellers just to save a few bucks on shipping will stuff a jersey in a poly mailer and fold over the jersey number in multiple places without thinking twice.  I never ship like this because I know firsthand how much of a PITA it is to get rid of small minor graphic creases/wrinkles.  You can forget about getting rid of those deep sharp graphic creases.  Those what I call "death creases" are usually permanent.  Shipping the jersey for a few bucks more in a cardboard box is the best way to insure the jersey arrives in its original condition as shown in the listing.

Disclaimer - Any white clothing items I sell may or may not have subtle dirt marks/scuffs.  Reason- I buy all my clothing items off the rack at large national retailers.  It's inevitable either dirty hands touch the clothing or the clothing item may fall to the ground when taken off the rack.  I don't like to spot clean white clothing because it normally causes the dirt scuff to become large dirt rings when dried.  Simply put, the dirt rings look like a tie dye pattern.  Only washing the whole item will get rid of this "dirt tie dye" effect after the shirt has dried.  Just throw the clothing item in the washer and it should easily remove any minor dirt marks/scuffs.

About Item:

Under Armour Hawaii jersey is 100% real and not a cheap low quality overseas fake.  Jersey was personally bought by me from a large national retailer here in the United States.  I absolutely did not buy any of my UA products from overseas like a lot of other online listings.  My officially licensed NCAA products may sometimes cost a little more, but you can rest assured you're getting what you paid for.  Don't be a Under Armour product counterfeit victim.  My outstanding 2000+ positive reviews to negative feedback ratio speaks for the quality and authenticity of my items.  Guaranteed 100% authentic retail store bought product.  My clothing items do not come from classified ads, thrift stores, garage sales, other online auctions or buying from some guy at the swap meet.

Expedited Shipping:

Ships in a USPS Priority Mail cardboard box with quick 0 to 1 business day handling time before your item ships out.  Shorter handling times equal quicker deliveries.  Buy with confidence since I'm Top Rated and known for super fast shipping anywhere in the United States.  I ship coast to coast out of Honolulu, Hawaii to all 50 states Monday thru Friday.  It doesn't matter if you live in Alaska, Puerto Rico, North Dakota, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, Virginia, New York or anywhere in the USA; I can get the item to you in a timely matter based off of eBay's "estimated" delivery time frame barring any USPS logistical issues.  In fact, many of my buyers are amazed on how fast they've gotten an item from me here in Hawaii.  Please feel free to check my reviews on fast shipping.  It's a huge myth that items shipped out of Hawaii using USPS takes weeks and not days to arrive to a mainland destination.  This myth is as big as the one where people in Hawaii live in grass shacks and drink Mai Tai's by the beach everyday.  Or is it a myth?  Haha!!  The main reason why my eBay items arrive in a timely manner no matter where you are in the United States is because USPS Honolulu ships out their daily USPS First Class/Priority Mail items every business night on commercial planes(not barges) to the mainland.  As long as I get my eBay orders to USPS by closing time(M-F), it will be on a plane that same night headed for the Continental United States.  I ship to New York and Florida routinely and have consistently received the highest possible 5-star shipping speed rating because of our USPS overnight mainland delivery system.  Like I stated above, feel free to check my customer ratings and my fast shipping comments from actual paying customers from all over the country.  Bottom line, I don't ship hundreds of items a week, just a few; so you know your item always gets the attention it deserves.
  • Expect extended delivery times during the holiday season(Oct, Nov, Dec), USPS logistical issues, pandemics, severe weather conditions or nationwide staff shortages at the post office.
No Returns.  Why?  Am I Covered If Something Goes Wrong?

Why No Returns?
  • I don't offer refunds on the majority of my items now because of mainly 2 reasons.  First, because of eBay's revised return policy, I can no longer charge an "automatic" restocking fee for returns.  As a result, I was previously losing roughly between $5 to $18+(my shipping cost to you) on every return.  With profit margins being so tight, a return can make an item not profitable or not worth relisting again.  Secondly, I'm tired of fighting fraudulent returns.  Yeah, I win the majority of the fraud cases, but the 1% you lose literally makes you want to quit online reselling for good.  It feels that bad.  Just ask any online reseller.  You can be 1000% right, yet still lose the return claim on a minor technicality.  UGH!!!  With all that said, what ultimately made me change my return policy was even though you "win" a fraudulent return case, you absolutely do not feel like a "winner" because of the time wasted proving the return was fraudulent as well as the emotional toll it takes on your mental health.  I can honestly and sadly say, every dishonest return claim made me lose faith in humanity just a tiny bit.  That's no way to live.  I finally realized after years of selling, it was not worth the headaches, losing sleep over or most importantly losing faith in humanity.  LOL!!  Being a low volume seller means I normally have only 1 or at most a handful of a particular item which makes selling an item(s) now with a no return policy very manageable since eBay easily has over a 100 million customers worldwide.
Extra Things I Do To Offset A No Return Policy
  • I know a no return policy does affect my sales which is why I ALWAYS go above and beyond when describing and photographing my eBay items so there are absolutely no "surprises" when you receive an item from me.  Some of the extra things I do are listed below:
  1. I ship out items no later then the next business day.  Sometimes I ship Saturdays if I have free time.
  2. If asked and I have the time, I will ship out the item the same day if a customer needs the item ASAP say for a birthday gift, athletic event such as a football/soccer game or an upcoming trip.  Not a problem if they message me early enough and I have no prior commitments for that day or even Saturday.
  3. I list overall measurements for pretty much all my clothing items.  Listing measurements for a clothing item may seem trivial to you, but it literally doubles the time it takes me to list an item on eBay.  Ask any eBay clothing seller, the extra time it takes to take out a yard stick/tape measure then write or input these measurements for a huge pile of eBay clothing items is time consuming & gets a little irritating to say the least.  Haha! Trust me I'd love to just write in the description, "Brand new with tags. Size Large. Comes from a smoke free home.  Ships fast!"  LOL!
  4. I try to describe to the best of my ability if an item runs small or big and point out flaws no matter how tiny they are.  Things that I point out regularly that most sellers don't are store fastener tag/anti-theft tag pinholes, wrinkles/creases in jersey graphics, pepper sized scuffs on shoes and as stated previously if an item runs small or big.
  5. I respond to all buyers questions before and after the sale in a timely matter as long as our time zones mesh.  I live in Hawaii so you could be writing me a message on the east coast in the morning there and I could be sleeping in my million dollar grass hut in Hawaii.  Haha!
  6. I take lots of high quality HD photos of the item.  I never use stock online photos just to save time.
  7. Lastly, if I do make a mistake whether it's in the item description or the item sent, I always make it right with my buyers.  I don't like my time wasted and neither do my buyers.
  • Following these business practices is the reason why I think I have outstanding eBay feedback, returning customers and thousands of dollars in sales every month year after year.
Common Myths About A No Return Policy
  • The reason I'm writing this long winded "No Returns" policy is to help alleviate the stigma associated with a no return item.  Common myths of a no return item are there must be something wrong with that item, it's something nobody wants or I'll be stuck with something I never ordered.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  All a No Return Policy does is stop a return because of YOU- buyer's remorse.  Some classic examples of buyers remorse are "I don't need it anymore, I should've bought a different brand, I ended up ordering a sweater when I should've bought a hoodie or I wish I got a different color."  It will never ever stop a return if I send you something you didn't order or is not as described.  For example, you order a sports jersey from me and I send you a shirt.  You order a blue jacket and I send you a yellow one.  You order a men's pants and I send you a women's pants.  Or the listing shows and says item is red & I send you something that is green.  You are covered and protected in all of these situations plus many more by eBay's money back guarantee and will get 100% of your money back.
Is There A Bright Side To My No Return Policy?
  • Yes, there is.  From what I hear, many of my clothing customers are now forced to measure their own personal clothing items and compare it with the Overall Measurements in the listing to see if my eBay item will fit them instead of "guessing and hoping it fits" like they were accustomed too for a returnable item.  Like the majority of clothing online buyers around the world, many of my customers had absolutely no clue what their technical overall clothing measurements were because of free online returns.  They really only knew the basics like "I wear a medium shirt and a 33" waist pants."  I would say after measuring thousands of clothing items, a medium in one brand can be sized much smaller or bigger than a medium in another brand because of the design cut or the material itself.  This is why any customer of mine who were reluctantly forced to finally figure out their technical clothing measurements because of my no buyer's remorse refunds brings a smile to my face.  I 100% know they will definitely save money and time in their future online clothing purchases because a lot of online businesses charge a 10 to 25 percent return restocking fee for sizing issues and let's face it; it's a hassle and a big waste of time to return something online.  I don't know anybody who likes repackaging an item then driving it back to the post office or a big box store return center.
Conclusion-  Sales Results Of My No Return Policy & My Commitment To Ebay Customers
  • I've easily sold close to 5000 items going all the way back to my University Of Hawaii Shidler Business School college days and 1000+ items since I stopped accepting returns for the majority of my items a few years back.  Many of these items have sold for more than a $100 with a majority of them over $50.  Ask any online reseller when you sell items for over a $100 online you better be accurate on your item description and on top of your shipping & packaging or you will get negative feedback for sure.  I would like to add even though my eBay online business is considered by some a quote "fun hobby income," make no mistake I treat eBay like a real business.  I'm a law abiding eBay reseller that only sells items legally bought by me & will NEVER EVER sell illegally obtained stolen items on eBay, I pay income taxes on all sales and I take customer concerns very seriously as you can see by my outstanding feedback.  It doesn't matter if your order was for $20 or $200, all orders get the same level of service.  Ebay is not just a business for me, it's an online selling platform that I will always hold near & dear to my heart.  Ebay took care of me when money was tight in & out of college, eBay was my first real solo business and most importantly eBay has been for the most part, fair & transparent with me over the years.  This is why I feel it's my duty to pay it forward to eBay and ALWAYS go the extra mile for them and their loyal customers as they did for me starting way back when.  What's that famous line: "You never work a day in your life if you love what you do."  That's how I feel about selling on eBay.  LOL!   Anyway, 1000+ recent actual buyers have left positive feedback stating they love my items and service.  Hopefully, I can add you to this list and we can do a deal today or in the near future.  Thanks for your time and Aloha :)
