An important manuscript on one of the initial provisions and valuations into Saint Anne's hospital, made by Diego Arias de Monroy, Commissioner of the Brotherhood of Saint Anne's hospital in Peru, on November 15, 1607. Saint Anne's Hospital was established in Peru to care for the poor and indigenous people affected by diseases brought by the Spanish during the conquest. The manuscript includes many signatures by various Government officials at the time.
