Items  included and their condition are as follows.

Xbox 360 20GB Console - Tested and works great. The console is clean. However, it does have some minimal wear, such as a few small scuffs.

Official Xbox 360 Power adapter DPSN-168CB A - In good condition.

Vizio HDMI Cable - No issues

2 Official Xbox Controllers - Controllers work well. However, they do have a nyko battery attachment and do not have the original clip on the back. Controllers also have some minimal wear such as small scuffs on the body and left sticks.

Nyko Charge Base Battery Pack for Xbox 360 - Unfortunately, only one of the slots charges. The other(upper) shows power but does not charge. Please keep in mind that only one controller will be able to charge at a time.

Games included are;

Fallout New Vagas - Complete with Case & Manual. However, disc, manual & case do have some wear.

Bioshock 2 - Case & Disc Only minimal wear.

Soul Calibur 4 - Complete with Case & Manual but with heavy wear.

Burnout Paradise - Complete with case and manual has some minor wear.

Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection - Case & Disc only, in good condition.

Pure - Disc Only with Generic Case

Xbox live Arcade - Disc & case only, Disc is in good shape. However, the case has some heavy wear.

Official Xbox 360 Play & Charge Cable - Unfortunately, no power. The item is included as an extra for anyone who might be interested and fixing it.

Turtle Beach Earforce XL1 Gaming Headset - Comes with all the cords. It's been a while since it's been used. However, there were no issues with it when the item was played last.
