We offer a 30 days return period on all the items we sell, that includes the 14 days cooling off period we are legally obliged to allow to our on-line customers.
We do our best to correctly describe our items by all means (item details, characteristics, description, photos, measurements) and we will never try to scam, lie, misrepresent or hide anything. Any inadvertence should be treated as a simple error or difference of opinions.

Any misuse or abuse of the following or of the eBay's seller/customer protection will result in reporting the buyer and opening a case with eBay and asking them to intervene, in the mutual interest of both the seller and the customer.
