Toyota MR2 Spyder SMT - HPU Repair seal kit for HPU P/N 31360-0W010.   

This kit contains all the rubber seals and o-rings needed to rebuild the High Pressure Unit (HPU).  The seals are not available from Toyota nor from LuK in England (who built the SMT system for Toyota).

If your HPU is leaking, it typically appears as SMT fluid (which is BRAKE FLUID) dripping from the bottom of the unit.  The leak source is either the two o-rings under the plastic reservoir, or the seal surrounding the electric motor drive shaft.  These seals are all include in this kit.  There is a USA company that sells rebuilt HPU units for about $1100.  With my seals (and the instructions I linked below) you can rebuild it yourself for 1/10 of the cost.  

Note: You can order a seal kit separately for the GSA P/N 33960-0W011.   I also have new accumulators for sale P/N 31360-0W010.
