This style insert came on 1985 - 1986 high trim models only

Will fit 1980 - 1986 models by drilling the necessary holes in you door panel

This one was removed from a truck with manual windows but has a knock out for power windows

Fabric is in poor condition and backer board is in reasonable condition ( it's been wet a time or two in it's life)

Mounting tabs are intact.
