This vintage Handybreeze metal table top fan was made by the Chicago Electric Manufacturing Co. Estimated to be from between 1936-1940.

Model No 399H, US Pat number D-110 876,

It is a very cool mushroom brown color and has a tilt function but does not oscillate. 

There is a small bit of brown paint loss on the metal blades. 

It is good working condition and the cord is in good condition.

It runs smoothly with minor noise. A really nice breeze.
