Mens XL White Dress Shirt for Civil War Re-Enacting Costume Drama

Gossl in Salzburg, 100% cotton (Baumwolle) Made in Germany

Bought in 1975 in Berlin, Germany, to be used as a dress shirt for Civil War Re-enacting.

All seams are serged to prevent fraying.

Some minor discoloration around neck and cuffs, as expected from use.

Interesting thread-covered buttons; there is a spare button sewn into the side seam.

“Daley” is marked on the bottom of hem by dry cleaner.

Collar measurement 18”

Shirt sleeve length 26 ¾”

Shirt sleeve bicep at widest part is 19” circumference

Armpit to armpit 25” (for a 50” circumference)

Front: neck under top button to hem 28”

Back: nape of neck to hem 32”
