This is a rare Brooklyn "CAST" Theatre Guide from the week of April 9th, 1932 (Volume 123, No. 1344) featuring playwright ELMER RICE on the front cover. He currently had two plays on Broadway; the Original Broadway production of the play "COUNSELLOR AT LAW" at New York's Plymouth Theatre and the Original Broadway production of the play "THE LEFT BANK" at the Little Theatre. Kaufman and Morrie Ryskind musical comedy "OF THEE I SING" and the Irving Berlin and Moss Hart musical comedy "FACE THE MUSIC" (shown in the scanned images) .... CONDITION: With the exception of a small moisture stain in the top right corner and moderate edge wear, this rare publication is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
