Overall good condition. The best part is it has 3 pocket folders inside. They have some yellowing to the edges but no rips or issues. The binder itself does have a small gouge in the front as seen in pics but the plastic isnt ripped. One small tear in the seam at the bottom as shown in pics. Again nothing major but wanted to note.
