This is the original hardcover edition released by McFarland.  It was released without a dust jacket with orange library binding (rarer to find this original edition). Book was later issued is softback. This original orange cloth hardback copy is  generally clean, firm sewn binding/tight copy -- good to very good with some minor surface and edge ware commenserate with age and use -- nothing major   (no tears/no rips); non-faded spine and cover ( all imprinted cover/spine black lettering is excellent) .   Only marking is one locations inside -- a prior owners name/date written in upper corner of front fly leaf.  Overall clean tight copy with minor use; smoke-free home
