Black bezel, 

Adjuster/ starter knob 

Short power cord

Can be set to silent or ticking

There is a trick to kick start these clocks. 

Plug the power cord in 240v socket, 

Set the time then you pull down on the setting knob and let go of the knob to kick start the clock.

To adjust the time push the setting knob up and turn clockwise

Minor scratches here and there consistent with age and use
