Our used Laptop/PC warranty covers hardware-related issues only. We guarantee that the laptop's hardware components will be free from defects and malfunctions for a specified period from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement services for any covered hardware components that fail to meet the manufacturer's performance specifications.

Shipping Costs:
After 30 days the customer is responsible for shipping the laptop to us for warranty service or a refund. However, we will cover the cost to return the repaired or replaced laptop.
