  • To purchase your vertical blind please click on the nearest size to your requirement (if in-between sizes please select the next size up).
  • Once you have purchased your blind send us all of your made to measure information either by adding a note to seller when purchasing or emailing us via ebay messages once you have placed the order.

  • 1)  The blind width x drop always in that order width always first.
  • 2)  If the measurements you have given are the RECESS size if being fitted into a recess so we can make the relevant deductions needed. Or if your sizes are the EXACT Blind sizes required, if you have made your own deductions or you have just measured an old blind.
  • 3)  Colour of material you require
  • 4)  The side you want your blinds to draw to when fully open? to the left, to the right or split in the middle?
  • 5) The side you want the controls on? Right or Left?
  • We cannot process your order until we have all of this information so please help us and provide everything required otherwise it WILL delay your order).
  • 6)  A contact tel No. mobile preferred in case any info has been missed we can get in touch to get any details to get your order manufactured on time!! Also our couriers now require a contact No. at all times
  • If the blind is being fitted inside a window recess please class this as the recess measurement just measure wall to wall, head to window sill (and let us know).
  • If the blind isn't being fitted in a recess, please give us the Exact Blind size required

    • We cannot be held responsible for shading differences between  samples and  blinds.
    • Please measure carefully as all blinds are made to your individual sizes.
    • We cannot exchange blinds that are ordered in the wrong size or colour.
    • Delivery will be with Courier unless otherwise stated, we will send a tracking number through Ebay with your notification that your blind has been dispatched.
    • Please sign unchecked or damaged (if the box has any damage to it) next to your signature.
    • We must be notified within 48hrs of any damage or problems with your blinds.

    Returns

    Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return your Buy It Now item for a refund within 14 working days of receiving the item.

    However Made to measure products are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations, as outlined by Trading Standards and uk Law

    Where incorrect sizes and information has been provided we cannot issue a refund in these circumstances as we have made them to the sizes you have provided and have after all done our job as instructed.
    Made to measure orders cannot be cancelled after 24hours from time of ordering.
    Any faulty products or items not as described will, of course, be replaced or refunded.

    No postage and packing paid in buying the item or returning the item will be refunded.
