• To purchase your vertical blind please click on the nearest size to your requirement (if in-between sizes please select the next size up).
• Once you have purchased your blind please email us via eBay message or add a note to seller on the point of ordering telling us the following information: 
  

• 1)  The blind width x drop always in that order width always first.
• 2) Are the sizes provided the size of the recess or the exact blind size?
• If the blind is being fitted inside a window recess please class this as the recess measurement just measure wall to wall, head to window sill and provide that measurement.
• If the blind isn't being fitted in a recess or you have made your own CORRECT deductions, please give us the Exact Blind size required.
• 3)  Colour of material you require
• 4)  The control side and the side you want the blinds to draw back to? for example left control and left draw / or right right / or right control and split draw ( split means draw from the middle like curtains (we cannot process your order until we have all of this information).
• 5)  Important; A contact tel No- we provide our couriers with your contact number so they can contact you if there is any issues regarding your delivery.

• Please measure carefully as all blinds are made to your individual sizes.
• We cannot exchange blinds that are ordered in the wrong size or colour.
• Delivery will be with Courier unless otherwise stated, we will send a tracking number through Ebay with your notification that your blind has been dispatched.
• Please sign unchecked or damaged (if the box has any damage to it) next to your signature.
• We must be notified within 48hrs of any damage or problems with your blinds.

Returns

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return your Buy It Now item for a refund within 14 working days of receiving the item.

However Made to measure products are not subject to Distance Selling Regulations, as outlined by Trading Standards and uk Law

Where incorrect sizes and information has been provided we cannot issue a refund in these circumstances as we have made them to the sizes you have provided and have after all done our job as instructed and spent time and money to produce your blinds to the requirements you supplied, If you have given incorrect measurements etc please don't return goods as we can't be expected to work for free.
Made to measure orders cannot be cancelled after 24hours from time of ordering.
Any faulty products or items not as described will, of course, be replaced or refunded.

No postage and packing paid in buying the item or returning the item will be refunded.
