This is a rare single page advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the Broadway revival of the SIGMUND ROMBERG and DOROTHY DONNELLY musical play "BLOSSOM TIME" at the Forty-Sixth Street Theatre in New York City. (The Original Broadway production opened September 29th, 1921 at New York's Ambassador Theatre and ran for 516 performances. This revival opened December 26th, 1938 and ran for a limited engagement of nineteen performances before mounting an ambitious tour.) ..... Using the melodies of FRANZ SCHUBERT, the musical starred EVERETT MARSHALL as "Franz Schubert" and featured MARY McCOY as "Mitzi". The cast also included CHARLOTTE LANSING, DOUGLAS LEAVITT, HARRY K. CONDITION: With the exception of creasing and tiny edge tears at the top, this rare flyer is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
