Through my research I could not find the same bottle  of this J.B.Williams KREML. It seems that early 1900's Mr. Williams lived manufactured ,invented? several toiletries in Glastonbury, Ct.  In 1952 the company was sold or acquired by to  R.B. Selmer and KREML was still being manufactured. That said I would think ..my opinion is that this particular bottle was made in 30-40s.by its shape as well . This is another great bottle that was in my fathers' barber collection from when he ran and owned his shop .
I've spent hours researching- the L is missing from the label... and still no clue what KREML stands for .. Mr. Williams did get a patent either  for KREML  or his other toiletries such as AQUA VELVA..
